Sunday will be a special occasion for Woodlands long-serving overseas player Sarfraz Ahmed.
The Premier Division club are staging a 25-overs benefit match to mark his 16 years of service.
Woodlands will be taking on a Select XI which will be made up of top Asian professionals at Albert Terrace with a 1pm start.
The Woodlands side will include Tim Orrell who led the club to four league championships, two Black Sheep Yorkshire Champions Trophies, one Priestley Cup and one Heavy Woollen Cup.
Among the players in the Select XI will be Hanging Heaton wicketkeeper Ismail Dawood and the Ossett overseas player Khalid Usman who took 6-10 and made 54 in his club’s victory over Buttershaw St Paul’s in last Sunday’s Jack Hampshire final.
